In their own words
Training myself, I’ve been in the gym consistently for about 5 years, sporadically before that. I started with a coach and a goal of competing in October of 2024 after joining Animal, and competed for the first time in October of 2025, placing 2nd in NPC Bikini Class C.
My favourite thing about personal training is having the opportunity to make a genuine, positive impact on people’s lives. Watching clients make progress week after week and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach is what makes this work so rewarding!
