QUESTIONS
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Still not sure? (856) 839-4536
What are your hours?
Every day from 4AM till 12AM.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Silver is month to month with no contract. The Gold, Premium, Platinum and Diamond tiers are 12-month agreements, which is why they cost less per month.
Can I try before I join?
Yes — a day pass is $20 and a one-week pass is $40. Book a tour and we will show you round first.
What is the Lioness Den?
A women’s-only training space with its own free weights, machines and cables. It is included with the Platinum and Diamond memberships.
What is the Hibernation Station?
Our recovery room — massage chairs and compression sleeves to help you recover between sessions. Included with Premium and Diamond.
Do you have parking?
Yes. We are inside Cumberland Mall, so there is free parking right outside the door.
Do you offer personal training?
Our trainers cover one-on-one coaching, small groups, contest prep, meal plans and athlete development.
