Short answer: The Lioness Den is a women's-only training space inside Animal Paradise in Vineland, NJ. Entry is code-locked so only women members get in, it has its own Booty Builder equipment, free weights, machines and cables, and it is included with the Platinum ($70) and Diamond ($80) memberships.
Why women look for a private gym space
Plenty of women want to lift but do not want an audience while they learn. A separate space removes that pressure, so the focus stays on training instead of on who is watching.
What is inside the Lioness Den
- Code-locked entry with QR access for women members
- Booty Builder glute and lower-body equipment
- Free weights, machines and cables
- The same 4AM to midnight hours as the main floor
You still get the full gym
Lioness Den members are not limited to one room. Platinum and Diamond include the main floor, the 80-foot turf, the sauna rooms and every other amenity. Diamond also adds the Hibernation Station recovery room.
A simple lower-body day to start with
- Hip thrust on the Booty Builder: 3 sets of 10 to 12
- Goblet squat: 3 sets of 10
- Romanian deadlift with dumbbells: 3 sets of 10
- Cable kickback: 2 sets of 12 each side
- Walking lunges: 2 sets of 10 each leg
Pick a weight where the last two reps are hard but your form holds. Add weight when every set feels manageable.
Coaching
If you want guidance, Lauren, an NPC Bikini competitor, coaches at Animal Paradise. Personal training is booked separately from your membership, and the first consultation is free. See the Lioness Den.
